At Fitness Snyora, we prioritize the safety and quality of our products. Since our items are food-related, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the product is damaged, defective, or has other specific issues, such as an expired date.
Returns and Exchanges
We do not process returns or exchanges for food-related products to ensure safety and hygiene standards. However, in the following exceptional cases, a return or exchange may be considered:
- Damaged Packaging: If the product arrives with visible damage to the box.
- Defective or Expired Items: If the item received is expired or defective.

- Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning the item. A return shipping label will be provided after approval.

Damages and Issues

Non-Returnable Items

- Perishable goods (including all food-related items).

- Any product that has been opened, used, or is not in its original condition and packaging.
Refunds
If your return request is approved, we will notify you once we have received and inspected the item. Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to process and post the refund.

If your order is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 daysfor any reason. To qualify for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.
